The roots for Hospice Care Corporation are deep going back to its inception – 28 years.  Our non profit organization stays true to its roots – community based and community driven.  We are embedded with the community with a host of events, health fairs and screenings.  We are a resource for Preston Memorial Hospital and have contracts with Heartland Nursing Home, Hopemont and Windy Hill Village Nursing Home.
